The fraud block is a collaboration between five credit reporting companies, which means that if you are exposed to fraud, you only need to make one call to block credit checks at five of the affiliated credit reporting companies:
- Valitive Credit (tidigare Alektum Risk Optimisation med bifirma Decidas)
- Bisnode AB
- Creditsafe i Sverige AB
- Syna AB
- UC AB
This is how it works
We block your credit report for 14 days and within 1 hour, it is also blocked at the other affiliated credit reporting companies.
Within those 14 days, you need to send us a copy of the police report that was filed in regards to the fraud. You also need to fill out the form Block credit report. To extend the credit block to five years, you also need to send us a copy of the police report, as well as the filled-out form “Block credit report“. Once this has been received, the block will be extended to five years with Valitive Credit AB, as well as with the other affiliated credit reporting companies.
