Valitive Credit AB (below “Valitive”) is the personal data controller for personal data that is processed by Valitive and provided for search and monitoring services from our personal information database.
Valitive’s personal information database contains information about private persons in Sweden, where the information is used for providing, among other things, verification, inspection, as well as updating of our customers’ customer list. For the current database, Valitive has sought legal protection according to the Swedish Law on Freedom of Expression (YGL) through voluntary authorisation from the Swedish Press and Broadcasting Authority. For personal data that is published by virtue of YGL, other rules than GDPR apply.
Information including the name, address, telephone number, national ID number of private persons is collected and processed in our personal information database.
The personal data from Valitive’s personal information database is provided to Valitive’s customers, in other words, companies and other organisations that need services such as identification, verification and inspection as well as updating of customer lists. The information can also be provided to other resellers, Valitive’s subsidiaries or subcontractors who handle the development and operations of our systems.
Valitive uses subcontractors who may process your personal data on behalf of Valitive. Storage and other processing takes place within the EU. Valitive always takes appropriate security measures with respect to the relevant processing.
Updates to the personal information database are made on an ongoing basis, and Valitive saves the personal data in accordance with the current sorting policy.

Complaints
If you feel that Valitive’s processing of personal data violates applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.
